Please note the following and do not hesitate contact us should you have any queries or experience any problems.
- Your video script wording text file. This can be included either in MS Word doc/docx format, Adobe Acrobat (PDF) or as a plain text txt file. To give you a feel for length, approximately 2,000 characters is around 2 minutes duration.
- Any voice over files or music you want to include.
- Any images, photos or video clips you want to include.
- Your logo/branding.
- We recommend archiving any files you are sending into a single zip file. This makes it easier and you only need to upload a single file which contains all your files.
File Formats Accepted
Please ensure that you only upload files that are any of the following formats – doc, docx, txt, gif, tif, png, jpg, jpeg, mp4, mpeg, avi, mov, pdf, mp3, aac, m4a, wav, aiff or zip. The maximum allowable total file size is 15MB and you will receive an error message should your files exceed this limit. Please contact us if you are unsure.
